Our Process


1. Order Processing


In this stage, we discuss the briefing with you over the phone, or via email.

We suggest sending all artwork over as soon as possible, before anything is agreed.

Once we have enough information about what you want to achieve with our services, we can provide you with our best price.

Our FAQ goes into detail about the necessary information in the ordering process.



2. Order Confirmation


Once all the details have been satisfied and an agreement has been made, the process will begin with a visual proof.



3. Artwork Phase


Once approved, our visual proof acts as confirmation that the details of the print order are understood.

Such factors include, but are not limited to: final artwork, product listing, print positioning, quantity, colours and the dispatch date.

Feel free to take this time to tweak the design as much as you like.



4. Artwork Approval


After ensuring all the details are correct, approving our visual proof allows us to continue with the printing.

By this point, stock is required before we can continue the process...



5. Stock Unpacking


Our warehouse team will unpack the stock and lay them out, ready for printing.



6. Printing Process


Over the next few days, your order will be fulfilled.



7. Packaging & Delivery


As soon as the print is complete, our warehouse team will carefully package the items ready for distribution.

We will deliver your printed goods via DPD's next day delivery service, or you can schedule your own collection.
